The service
Allogloss provides done-for-you audio translation on a project basis. We manage the agreed production work and deliver finished audio. There is no software subscription.
Every project is subject to initial review. We may decline a project or requested language if the materials, permissions, production requirements, or available language support are not a suitable fit.
From inquiry to delivery
- Inquiry and initial consultation.
- Intake, material review, and an initial review of voice permissions.
- Written scope and quote.
- Your written approval and a 25% nonrefundable deposit.
- Required authorization documentation and review before production.
- Production and human quality review.
- Your review and the revisions included in the quote.
- Remaining payment, final delivery, and the production-media deletion process.
Production starts only after written quote approval, payment of the deposit, and receipt of the required authorization documentation.
The project deposit
The deposit is 25% of the quoted project price and is nonrefundable. It covers initial setup, production preparation, and reserved production capacity.
Timing, revisions & final files
Your quote specifies the final audio format, revision allowance, and delivery timeline.
Typical turnaround is approximately four days. Transcript structure, timing instructions, pauses, delivery notes, language requirements, and audio complexity can affect the schedule.
The remaining balance is due before final files are released. After completed delivery and full payment, we begin the deletion process described in our privacy policy.
If you cancel
Projects of 120 minutes or less
If you cancel after paying the deposit but before final delivery, we retain the 25% nonrefundable deposit. There is no additional cancellation charge, and your project materials are deleted.
Projects over 120 minutes
If you cancel after work has begun, we retain the 25% deposit and may invoice for labor completed through the cancellation date. Your project materials are then deleted.
Your approved quote
The project-specific scope and terms in your approved written quote govern the engagement. These include the price, languages, speakers, deliverables, audio format, timeline, revision allowance, and any project-specific requirements.
Changes & questions
These general terms may change. Changes do not replace the project-specific terms in an approved quote unless both parties agree in writing.
