Your project materials
We use your recordings, scripts, transcripts, translations, delivery notes, and generated voice materials to scope, produce, review, revise, deliver, and close your audio translation project.
We do not sell your project materials or use them for unrelated customer work.
Permission to use a voice
You must be the speaker and authorize the use of your voice, or have explicit written permission from the speaker. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for every speaker in your project.
We collect detailed authorization documentation after written quote approval and payment of the deposit, before production begins. We do not independently contact speakers. We will not knowingly process an unauthorized voice and may decline a project after reviewing the documentation.
Deletion & future projects
Our policy is to automatically delete production copies under Allogloss’s control after completed delivery and full payment. You should not normally need to request deletion separately.
With your written consent, we may retain a limited voice sample or clone for your future Allogloss projects for up to 90 days. It is automatically deleted at the end of that period unless you renew your consent in writing.
Third-party providers may retain backups, security logs, or other residual copies under their own terms and technical processes. We cannot promise deletion timing for copies outside our direct control.
Model training
Allogloss does not use your recordings, scripts, transcripts, translations, voice materials, or generated audio to train its own models.
Third-party audio-processing providers handle materials under the terms of their service and the account used. Their training policies can differ. We review the applicable terms when selecting a provider for your project.
Service providers
Third-party audio-processing providers receive project materials only as needed to perform the requested service. Allogloss is responsible for selecting and configuring providers to support the project’s privacy, consent, and deletion requirements.
On our live website, Cloudflare provides hosting, security, the Turnstile anti-abuse check, the contact endpoint, and support for inquiry notification emails. Depending on the service and configuration, it may process request metadata, browser signals, form contents, and email data.
Website inquiries
When you send an inquiry, we ask for your name, email address, a description of your project, and any languages you have in mind. We may ask for additional project details and voice-permission information during follow-up.
Do not include recordings, transcripts, authorization documents, credentials, or other sensitive files in the website form.
On the live website, successful inquiries are delivered to the Allogloss mailbox by email, rather than stored in an application database. Email providers and the recipient mailbox may retain those messages under their own settings and policies.
Selected languages are stored in your browser for the current session so they can follow you into an inquiry.
Permission & transaction records
We may retain authorization documentation and project or transaction records separately from production media, as reasonably needed to document permission, provide the service, and maintain transaction records.
These records are not included in the automatic production-media deletion process.
